Block and Bridle is open to any person who is interested in livestock. Block & Bridle is involved in many activities throughout the year. Some of these include:

• Sponsor and coordinate a high school livestock contest in the fall.
• Assist with the FFA Judging Contest held at UW-Platteville in the spring (Skills Day).
• Work with and show livestock from the UWP Farm.
• Work at the World Beef Expo in Madison, WI.
• Coordinate Beef, Hog and Lamb Jackpot Shows.

In addition, members also travel to Regional and National Conventions. Some of the past National Conventions have been held in Kentucky, Colorado, Texas and Florida. Our meetings are the lst and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 5:30 in Room 118 Russell
