Students may apply, in person, for a parking permit at any time during the school year during normal business hours. Students may also apply for a parking permit by mail, but must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with the permit application and payment. Please remember to allow adequate time to receive the permit by mail if using the mail application process.

Due to the demand on the limited residence hall parking spaces, visitor or temporary parking permits are not issued for residence halls parking lots. Visitors will need to use street parking.
Students residing on campus are eligible for a residence hall parking permit. This permit entitles students to park in any residence hall park lot parking if a space is available. The permit must be properly displayed when using a residence hall parking lot, or a parking citation will be issued for failure to display the parking permit. The use of commuter or staff parking, or metered stalls/lots Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 8:00AM-4:00PM will result in a parking citation being issued.
If a student's housing status changes during the school year, the original parking permit may be exchanged for the appropriate parking permit. Changes must be recorded with Housing and the Registrar's Office before a parking permit exchange will be completed.
