Any violation which requires the vehicle to be towed
All parking citations issued by the University Police should be paid at the University Police Department.(Checks should be made payable to the University of Wisconsin - Platteville Police.) A parking citation payment drop box is located at the east entrance of Royce Hall for both payment of University and City of Platteville parking citations.
Fines are increased if payments are delinquent, and may also result in vehicle registration suspensions and student record holds for non-payment.
Any time a vehicle is towed by the University Police the owner or driver of the vehicle is required to pay all towing and storage fees prior to the vehicle being released. Payment of the citation shall also be required prior to release of the vehicle.
