Do you have a special event? Maybe a conference, meeting, testing on campus, etc. Please let us know! We can help. To speed things up & keep parking problems to a minimum, send us a memo as soon as you know about the event. Your event only qualifies if it will have 50+ vehicles

The information we will need is:

• Your name
• Your Phone Number
• The Department
• The name/type of event
• The date(s) of the event
• The times
• How many vehicles (if possible)

It helps everyone, including the students, if we are informed ahead of time! Depending on the circumstances, certain parking lots will not be enforced that day(s). We will get back to you on the parking lots that will not be enforced for your event.
