NON-EXPIRING BIKE LICENSE

Now you can register your bicycle via E-Mail with the University Police. Simply fill out the form below and once the information is received by University Police, a license decal will be mailed to you. If you do not wish to take advantage of the On-Line Service, you can come by the University Police Department and register your bike in person which will take approximately 5 minutes.

Res Hall Student

Your decal will be delivered to your residence hall mailbox.

Commuter Student

You can do one of two things:

  1. Email this form to us & then come to our office to pick up your decal.
  2. Fill out this form, print it & then mail it to our office along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. We will then mail your decal to you. If you choose this option do not click on the submit button.
