NON-EXPIRING BIKE LICENSE

Now you can register your bicycle via E-Mail with the University Police. Simply fill out the form below and once the information is received by University Police, a license decal will be mailed to you. If you do not wish to take advantage of the On-Line Service, you can come by the University Police Department and register your bike in person which will take approximately 5 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: This process does not reserve you a bike locker nor provide you with a bike locker. Please contact Residence Life at 608-342-1845 to obtain information about bike lockers.

Residence Hall Student

  1. Fill out the registration form
  2. Click on the submit button below the form
  3. Your decal will be delivered to your residence hall mailbox.

Commuter Student

You can do one of two things:

  1. Fill out the form, click submit, and come to our office to pick up your bicycle license. (Check box below)
  2. Fill out the form, print it, mail it in with a self address stamped envelope and we will send the bicycle license to you using the envelope you provide.

* - The serial number is a required field. You may find your serial number if you turn your bicycle upside down and look at the area where the bike pedals are attached. You will find the number there stamped into the metal or on a sticker.
