General (Permissive) Transfer and Reinstatement Opportunities are available to all State classified civil service employees not serving on a limited term or project employment basis who have the ability to transfer, demote, or reinstate into the stated vacancy. In the event that the vacancy is not filled by transfer, we will fill the vacancy in accordance with the Wisconsin Statutes.
