Monday-Friday, some weekends. This is an on-going, limited term employment (LTE) position.
Under the supervision of the Food Service Manager this person prepares and produces menu items for UW-Platteville Dining Services; trains and leads assigned employees in proper food preparation, serving, and sanitation practices; ensures proper set up of menu items for customer service; and maintains safe food handling cleanliness procedures in all work.
Goal 1: Produce and coordinate menu items for Retail or Board Operations (85%)
Goal 2: Instruct and oversee the activities of other employees assigned to you (7%)
Goal 3: Maintain a clean and sanitized work place (6%)
Goal 4: Other duties as assigned (2%)
