Athletic Department
Duties include on field coaching in the women's program and administrative duties for both the men’s and women’s programs such as recruiting qualified students-athletes, fund raising, budget management, developing community support for the programs, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, developing camps and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Additional duties include assisting the Senior Women's Administrator (SWA) with initiatives related to developing support for the women's athletic programs and other duties as assigned to support the mission of the Athletic Department.
Qualifications: A Bachelors degree is required. Minimum of 2 years of coaching/playing experience on the collegiate or advanced club level required. Coaching certification a plus. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and oral skills, knowledge of computer applications, organizational abilities, supervisory skills and demonstrated commitment or experience working with diverse populations including recruiting, coaching and mentoring. Must be able to work weekends and evenings. Travel required.
Employment will require a criminal background check.
Salary: $20,000
