The University of Wisconsin-Platteville, located in beautiful southwest Wisconsin, is currently recruiting for a 60% University Services Associate 2 PROJECT position in the Office of Continuing Education. The hours for this position are 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is renewable for a maximum of 4 years.

Job Duties:
This position will work as part of the marketing team to research, select and implement systems and tools, policies and procedures for managing and maintaining accurate participant and prospect records; generate distribution lists from event management/registration software for mail and email promotions; coordinate use of external lists; and assist with identifying and reaching target audiences with all promotional communications.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
This position will require graphic design, writing and editing skills; proficiency in MircoSoft Office; and the ability to prioritize, organize and meet deadlines.
