The University of Wisconsin-Platteville, located in beautiful southwest Wisconsin, is currently recruiting to fill a University Services Associate 1 position in Continuing Education.
This position is responsible for providing registration services, including, but not limited to: downloading and documenting all new online registrations, processing all credit registrations, corresponding with students regarding required University and course materials, creating and sending all credit course confirmation letters. This position corresponds with Continuing Education's partner organizations to ensure students have access to online courses, generating class rosters and other reports from the registration software, and manually entering registrations when necessary. This position serves as a key frontline contact, interfacing with customers/students by answering questions regarding classes/programs and helping students find courses that meet their needs and learn how to use classroom and course technology as needed. This position serves as a resource for instructors, ensuring that they have all necessary materials and assisting them with technology as needed.

Employment will require a criminal background check.
You must have taken and received a passing score at the Entry Level on the Office Support exam administered by the Office of State Employment Relations.
