Did you know that you can add Passport Funds and Dining Dollars via eAccounts? It's very simple. Click on the orange button to the right, it will take you to the eAccounts log-in. Be sure to use your UW-Platteville username and password. There is also a mobile app for your convenience, just set up your e-Accounts via a computer first. See instructions below.
What is the difference between Dining Dollars and Passport Funds?
Dining Dollars are money deposited onto your Meal Plan Account and can be used in UW-Platteville Dining facilities only. These expire at the end of the school year or the end of your enrollment.
Passport Funds are money deposited into your Campus Card Account and act just like a debit card. They can be used on campus only and can be used at all Dining facilities which offers a 5 percent discount; for Laundry; at the Bookstore and the Information Center located in the Markee Pioneer Student Center. Passport Funds do not expire.
eAccounts Mobile Apps
Your eAccounts account must be set up using a computer the first time, after that you can use the mobile app whenever and wherever you like.
Android - Go to the Play Store and search for Blackboard Transact eAccounts. Download the app and your campus username and password will allow you access.
iPhone/iPad - Go to the App Store and search for Blackboard Transact Mobile eAccounts for iPhone. This app will work on both iPhone and iPad. Download the app and your campus username and password will allow you access.
THERE WAS AN UPGRADE TO THE MOBILE APP - IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY USING THE MOBILE APP PLEASE FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
eAccounts mobile application users will receive an error message indicating "Sign in Realm is not available" or "Invalid Sign In Service" after attempting to connect to eAccounts for the first time through the app. This is easily resolved by doing the following:
1. When the error message pops up on the app, choose 'Yes' to remove the service from your list.
2. On the Sites page, click the + at the top right of the app.
3. Search for your University name and select it.
4. Choose the correct portal.
5. Select the saved site and login as normal.
The system will remember the new site and continue to function as normal on all future logins.
