The UW-Platteville women's rugby team has recently finished another grueling semester of rugby. Many new faces joined the team this year and most of them will be returning next year. Everyone improved a lot over the course of the year as a lot fewer tries were allowed and our team worked hard to support each other.
Our team plays at the Division 2 level in Wisconsin with UW-LaCrosse, UW-Milwaukee, UW-Oshkosh, UW-Stevens Point, UW-Whitewater, UW-Stout, UW-Parkside and next year Northern Michigan University will be joining the Wisconsin Union.
Our club is committed to finding the best in every player that comes out to learn this sport. We strive to make it a fun atmosphere for everyone involved and also to fulfill the physical, emotional, social and intellectual well-being of those involved with the club.
