Get Involved! Be a member! - February 9, 2006

Are you interested in joining Habitat for Humanity. While it's a well known fact our meetings are free to attend, paying the $5 per semester member fee gives you advantages like being able to vote in the upcoming elections and getting priority for building opportunities among others. Plus your money goes directly toward supporting Habitat for Humanity and it programs. It's a win, win situation. So what are you waiting for? If you're not a member yet and would like to be, bring $5 to our next meeting and get involved in our decision making processes!

The Power of A Dollar - February 7, 2006

Habitat for Humanity is asking for your donations all this week. Simply donating a dollar can go a long way in helping us start our next housing project in Potosi and help fund a trip to North Carolina to assist in building projects there. Please visit one of our stations in either Otts or the Student Center.

New Website - October 18, 2005

Welcome to the new Habitat for Humanity website.

As promised the new website is finally done. After hours of tireless work over the coarse of many weeks, I have finally finished what I set out to do: create a site that fits the new Habit for Humanity International Brand Builder Guidelines and looks good too. If you have any questions or comments concerning the new website feel free to contact me at glasers@uwplatt.edu .

While the website looks complete, there are still a few missing pieces. I still need pictures of Habit related activities to fill the picture section. More importantly I also need contact information and bio's for all new members of the executive board. If anyone who has this information could submit it to my email address I would greatly appreciate it.
