Minutes for December 2, 1999

The meeting was called to order by President Erin Rischette at 4:06 pm.

1.  Announcements
    A.  Marsh White
        Please turn in your ballots to Professor Wilson as soon as 
        possible. 
    B.  Any ideas for T-Shirt designs? Think about it over break!
    C.  Normal Popcorn has returned!

2.  Approval of Minutes 
    The minutes from November 18 were approved as written.

3.  Treasurer's Report
    No Report.

4.  Committee Reports
    A.  Physics is Phar-Out 
        i.   The show in Belmont went well.  Big thank you to  Lucas 
             and Jill.  There were some minor technical difficulties, 
             but all in all a good show. About 100 kids in 5-9th 
             grades.
        ii.  Lots of Thank you letters from OE Gray.
        iii. If any one is interested in school shows, talk to Mark 
             because he will be graduating soon.
    B.  Colloquium
        i.  Two colloquiums this semester.
    C.  Trip/Social 
        i.  The Christmas Social is Tomorrow!  Cookie bake in 
            progress...
        ii. Spring Semester Calendar needs ideas! Science and Industry 
            Museum, Fermi lab, stargazing, and Argon are a few ideas.
    D.  Bulletin Board
        New Board is up!

5.  Canoes
    Trip to Spring Green January 29th. Money for canoes will be removed 
    now. 

6.  Other
    A.  Lab Manuals
        The Lab Manual "Company" was voted on and approved. Money will 
        be transfered from the scholarship fund. We will be getting a 
        seller's permit.
