Minutes of November 19, 1998 Meeting

The meeting was called to order by President Erin Rischette at 4:01PM.

1.  Announcements
-Both proposals went in on time.

-REU (Research Experience for Undergraduates) opportunities at Notre Dame and
	Michigan.

2.  The Minutes of 11/5/98 were approved as written.

3.  Nothing new from Treasurer/VP Mark Bertolasi.

4.  Committee Reports
	Sunrayce - A lot of work accomplished.  A lot more to do.  Contact Wink
		if you are interested.
	Physics is Phantastic - Mike's new daughter - Mya Jordan 11/12/98
		Science Fair - Need 8 people to judge in Muscoda.
	Colloquim - Lt. Steve Felker tonight - free pizza and soda.
	Trip/Social - Guided tour of Fermi Lab, sports: sledding,volleyball
		Movie Night - December 4
		Christmas Social - December 11 @ Prof. Wilson's
	Bulletin Board - needs a background
	SPS Zone Meeting Spring 99 - See #5

5.  Zone Meeting at Illinois State - Bloomington/Normal going to IL on Friday.

6.  Other
	Mark Eldredge obtained estimates for printing the test packets.  Not
		needed.
	Need St. John's and Hensley's old tests for packets - Mark will handle.

Dave Minerath motioned to adjourned the meeting.  Amy Sandberg seconded it. The
meeting was adjourned by consent at 4:25PM.
