The meeting was called to order at 4:02PM by President Mark Broker.

1. Announcements
       	Membership applications due by Fri. 

2. Approval of Minutes from October 5
	Approved

3. Treasurers Report
             We have $25 in petty cash and money for the national dues.

4. Committee Reports
	A. Physics is Phantastic 
		The one for today was canceled
		Shows on the 1st and 9th Joe and Mark will do the 1st.
	B. Colloquium 
		There is a colloquium in LaCrosse on Wed and Hamilton might do 
			another. All REUs and Coops must do a colloquium
	C. Trip Social
		Argonne National Lab was very interesting. Learned all about
			linear accelerators and advance photons. We were able
			to walk through the experiments on the floor. There was
			a plain table worth 10 thousand dollars. Also granite
			tables. The latest canoe trip had 8.5 people along 
			Caleb made s'mores at the picnic at the end.
		Laras College Planetarium on the 3rd. Show at 7pm so leave at
6.
		Canoe trip on the 4th. 
		Nov 10th stargazing?
		Nov 18th Pegasus in Madison, it is a Fusion Reactor run by
			undergrads.

	D. Bulletin Board 
		Nothing yet

	F. Additional committees
		1. The Physics is Phar-out Phunshop 
			Nov 11 is D-day. everyone needs to help. 10am is check
			in, 10-11 demo 1,11-12 phunshop 1, 12-1 lunch (pizzas)
			1-2 phunshop 2, 2-3 demo 2, sign-up for when you can 
			help. Mark is going to organize the Pan Flute phunshop,
 			Adam is working on the motor, Jessica is working on 
			home made pizzas.
		2. Exam Book 
			Geoff took over, still needs answers.
		3. Research projects
			No list yet, but you can talk to Hamilton, and Eversen

6. Host Spring Zone Meeting
	good idea, Erin has idea for guest speaker. The lady who does the
		covers for Physics Today.

7. Other
	seats almost ready for caning
