Minutes for February 15, 2001

The meeting was called to order at 4:02PM by President Mark Broker.

1. Announcements
      	We got the outstanding chapter award again for 1999-2000.

2. Approval of Minutes from January 18
	miss spelled Feynman
					
3. Treasurers Report
       	 Same as before

4. Committee Reports
	A. Physics is Phantastic 
		Hannah was volunteered to call schools to set up times. 
		Thursday mornings are still good 
	B. Colloquium 
		Jessica Erickson spoke for an hour to two people
		Independent study people are giving a presentation on March 7th
	C. Trip Social 
		Feb 16th Mark's High Voltage Show
		Feb 24th Gilman Trip  
		March 2nd Movie or Rec Center
		March 23rd Star Gazing
 		March 31st Expo, Zone, Canoe trip
		April 7th Power Plant
		April 21st  Caving
		April 27th Spring Social
	D. Bulletin Board 
		Going to be green in March, and rabbits in April
	F. Additional committees
		1. Exam Book 
			Physics I needs answers for Hensley's tests
			Physics II needs answers for Evensen and St.John

5.  Circuit Component Sale 
	Erin will help separate, Mark will look into the legalities of selling
		on campus
		
6. Zone Meeting 
	SAB funding is being investigated. The cost of the speaker is 500
		dollars plus room and board. The cost to people attending 
		will be $5.

7. Expo
	It is March 30th with a deadline for applications March 9th for the
		hands on fun shop. The EP canon shoot will be from 9-1 and 
		will need volunteers to help
	Greg L is checking out the CO2 laser and Mark is working on the red
		tape.

8. Other 
	Canoes - come and help 9am on Saturday. Jessica, and Jason are going to 
		help Mark

Brian moved to adjourn at 4:36 PM.  The motion was seconded by Geoff.
