Meat carcass grading bubble sheets

In this example four beef carcasses were graded.

For each carcass, two bubbles need to be marked for each carcass.  Both are to be on the same row as the number of the carcass.

One bubble is to be on the left side indicating the quality grade.  The second bubble goes on the same row on the right side to indicate the yield grade.

The four carcasses in these example were graded as follows:

Carcass #1:  Quality grade is low prime and yield grade is 3- average.

Carcass #2:  Quality grade is low choice and yield grade is 2 - high.

Carcass #3:  Quality grade is low choice and yield grade is 4 - high.

Carcass #4:  Quality grade is average choice and yield grade is 3 - average.
