Bubbling your name

Rules for bubbling in your name.

1. Write in your name in spaces provided.
2. Do not start in spaces for state.
3. Write last name, space, first name.
4. Bubble letters directly below written letters.
5. Follow light and shaded columns to help locate bubbles.

The most common mistake is to put a bubble in the wrong column.

The example below illustrates a correctly bubbled name.
