Welcome to the UW-Platteville Collegiate FFA Webpage! UW-Platteville Collegiate FFA is an agricultural organization that is associated with the National FFA Organization. This club involves the FFA activities on a college level. The purpose is to develop leadership, citizenship, and cooperation. We annually send delegates to the National FFA convention in Indianapolis, Indiana. While at the national convention, members participate in meetings, attend convention sessions and help recruit students for UW-Platteville. We also help area high school FFA members through working with FFA contests and activities. We judge district and sectional parliamentary procedure and speaking events. We help put on the Southeast Career Development Events in the spring. In addition to traditional annual events, we make decisions to undertake special projects each year based on the concerns of the members. There are no requirements - just an interest in agriculture and the FFA. Click here to view a PowerPoint to see what the FFA is really about!
