Membership Information

Membership is open to students of any major who are interested in biology. If you wish to join the UWP Biology Club all you have to do is come to the meetings. Meetings are every other Wednesday at 7:00 pm in 305 Boebel Hall. You can also contact Dr. Beth Frieders or Dr. Amanda Trewin about any questions you may have concerning the club. Membership dues are five dollars a semester.

Each semester the biology club sponsors interesting trips that will surely get your synapses firing. Trips from previous semesters include: the Madison Cadaver lab, the Henry Vilas Zoo in Madison, and the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago. In addition to field trips, guest speakers come in during meetings and give presentations on the careers they have chosen and the experiences they have had. Don't pass on this excellent opportunity to learn about biology!
