How can I allow email from an email address or domain to be delivered rather than quarantined?

You may find when reviewing your spam quarantine that an email message from a specific address or multiple messages from a domain are being quarantined rather than delivered to your email inbox. You are able to add an individual email address or a domain to your allow list in the spam quarantine.

  1. Highlight the message that you wish to have the email address from the sender added to the allow list.
  2. Click on Allow. You will recieve a message that the sender has been added to the allow list.
Address Added to Allow List

If you want to add a domain to your allow list, highlight a message from the list from that domain and click on Allow Domain. You will get a message stating "The selected domain has been added to the allow list."

Note: Messages from allowed email addresses or domains that were quarantined prior to adding them to the allow list, will need to be released from quarantine. They are not automatically released from quarantine when you place them on the allow list.

To add an email address of domain to the block list, highlight the message and click on Block or Block Domain. This will keep messages from a specific email address or a domain from being placed into your quarantine.

Adding or removing items to the Allow or Block lists.

You can allow or block email addresses by working with a message already in the quarantine as shown above, or you can also add or remove items to the allow or block lists by using the options under Preferences in the upper right-hand corner.
