Mac OS X (10.4 and above) users can access a NetWare volume by mounting the volume on the desktop.

Note: These directions apply to Mac OS X users only.

To mount a volume:
  1. From the Finder select the Go menu and then Connect to Server.

  2. In the Connect to Server window select Local on the left side. This will show you all local network resources in the right side of the window.

  3. Select the network resource you wish to connect to and press Connect. This will prompt you to login using your UW-Platteville NetID and password.
The volume will be mounted and show up as an icon on your desktop.

To dismount a volume, drag the volume icon to the Trash icon in the Dock, or highlight the volume icon and press Command-E.
