You can change your NetID password online using a web interface if you currently know your UW-Platteville NetID and password.

How to change your NetID password online

  1. Go to Virtual Office.

  2. Enter your UW-Platteville NetID and password
  3. Click on the Login button
  4. Click on the Universal Password button

  5. Scroll down to the Universal Change Password gadget

  6. (Make note of how the password policy affects the properties of your new password)
  7. Enter your Old password
  8. Enter your New password
  9. Enter your New password again to confirm
  10. Click on the Submit button
  11. Click on the Logout link at the top-right of the Virtual Office interface
