It is possible to change your NetID password with Mac OS X during the process of mounting a storage volume.

To change your NetID password, start the process of mounting a volume:

1. Select Connect to Server... from the Go menu.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Type afp://user1_svr.nw.uwplatt.edu/user1 in the Server Address field. Click the Connect button.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Type your UW-Platteville NetID in the Name field. Click on the Options... button.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Change Password... button.
   
   
   
   
   
5. Enter your Old password, New password, and New password again to confirm. Click on the OK button.
