How to change your responses to challenge questions

  1. Go to UWP Password Self-Service.

  2. Click on the Setup Responses link

    Forgotten or Expired password lookup

  3. Enter your UW-Platteville NetID and password
  4. Click on the Login button

  5. Enter a Challenge Response for every Admin-Defined required question
    6. Setup challenge responses random questions

  6. Enter a Challenge Response for every Admin-Defined random question and enter a User-Supplied question and response
  7. Click on the Save Responses button
    8. Setup challenge success

  8. Click on Continue.
