The mission of the OIT Help Desk is to provide exceptional computer service and support to faculty, staff and students of UW-Platteville. The OIT Help Desk will accomplish its mission by providing the following:
Timely responses to calls and requests
Courteous and professional service
Knowledgeable staff
A reliable point of first contact between the University community and the Office of Information Technology
