Guest Account Criteria
Guest accounts will be issued based upon criteria listed below. Person(s) submitting this form must meet one or more of the criteria to be considered for a guest account.
Person is a retired faculty or emeriti of UW-Platteville.
Person is serving as an advisor for a UW-Platteville student organization and needs access to PioneerLink.
Person is a non-UW-Platteville account holder that is serving as a member of a University group such as a search & screen committee or other committee that needs access to network resources such as workgroup directories. (Note: This is different than a temporary group account request.)
Person(s) may qualify for an account for other reasons not stated above.
To request a guest account, please fill out all fields on this form. The completed form is submitted to the Office of Information Technology for consideration and must be submitted at least one week prior to the start date. All guest account requests must be sponsored and endorsed by a current employee of UW-Platteville. Please understand that submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
If approved and processed, recipients of guest accounts must present a photo ID at the Help Desk to obtain their username and password.
Full name, gender, and date of birth are required for internal use only to generate a unique identifier. If you have an e-mail address outside of the University, please submit that as well for contact purposes.
