How do I know if the Hold will stop Registration?


In some cases information is provided in the instruction portion of the hold indicating whether you can register for classes before the hold is removed. If no instructions are provided, contact the department listed on the hold for information.

Below is a list of holds that will prevent registration.


NOTE: Before attempting to register for classes the hold must be removed.

Admissions Hold Admissions has placed a hold on your record, contact Admissions to determine what needs to be done to remove this hold
Advising Hold for Registration An advising hold has been placed on your record, contact your academic advisor to receive the information necessary to remove the hold.
Campus Police Campus Police has placed a hold on your record, contact the Campus Police to determine what needs to be done to remove this hold.
Delinquent Account Student Financials or Textbook Center has placed a hold on your record, contact the department listed to determine what needs to be done to remove this hold.
Ed Deneen Hold Student Records has placed a hold on your record, contact tudent Records listed to determine what needs to be done to remove this hold.
Housing Office Housing has placed a hold on your record, contact the Housing office to determine what needs to be done to remove this hold.
Perkins Loan Hold The Perkins office has placed a hold on your record, contact Perkins Office to determine what needs to be done to remove this hold.
Returned Check Marked NSF Student Financials has placed a hold on your record, contact Student Financials to determine what needs to be done to remove this hold.
Teacher Placement Student Financials has placed a hold on your record, contact Student Financials to determine what needs to be done to remove this hold.
