- Below is a suggested troublshooting procedure
- Clear cache (after each change made)
- Install critical security updates and patches for operating system
- Clean spyware
- Disable pop-up blockers

Confirm that local time is configured properly
- Enable 1st and 3rd party cookies
- Add https://boron.ad.uwplatt.edu and
https://cobalt.ad.uwplatt.edu to trusted sites
- Lower security and privacy level to medium
- Lower and/or temporarily disable firewall and proxies
