Why can't I view everything?

• Did you use any of the web browser's navigation tools (ex. back/forward buttons) to move around PeopleSoft self-service? You must use the navigation tools within the Peoplesoft self-service application. We have encountered problems where a person attempts to display a list of courses for a term using the Basic Search page. After reviewing their security it was discovered that they had used the Back button on the web browser.
