General Troubleshooting Procedure

  1. Clear browser cache
  2. Install security updates and patches for operating system
  3. Clean spyware
  4. Disable pop-up blockers
  5. Confirm that local time is configured properly
  6. Enable 1st and 3rd party cookies
  7. Add https://glacier.ad.uwplatt.edu and https://blueridge.ad.uwplatt.edu to trusted sites
  8. Lower security and privacy level to medium
  9. Lower and/or temporarily disable firewall and proxies
