Why is Windows XP Home Edition not supported at Level 1?
Windows XP Home Edition is currently supported at Level 2 for non-university owned computers that are attached to the campus network (ResNet). Windows XP Home Edition is not allowed on University-owned machines and is therefore in the Level 4 support category.
