Can I have an automatic vacation/reply message?
Automatic vacation/reply messages can be setup for when you are unable to retrieve your e-mail messages for an extended period of time
(such as when you are away at a conference or on vacation). This vacation/reply message will automatically be sent in response to all incoming messages.
To activate the automatic vation/reply message, follow these instructions:
Login to the UWP NetMail web client and click on the
Settings link.
Click the tab labeled
MailBox Management
Check the box next to the field
Automatically Reply to All New Messages
Then you can enter in your away message then click
Save and
Close

Once you save this setting your message will be automatically sent in response to all incoming messages you receive.
*NOTE*: When you return or are again available, please be sure to turn off your automatic reply.
