Can I begin using the NetMail system right away?
Yes. If you have a valid NetID at UW-Platteville you can use the UWP NetMail web client (Select Open My NetMail in the menu on the left on the e-mail page) or another properly configured client to send and receive e-mail. All new student, faculty, staff and guest accounts are automatically set up to receive e-mail in the UWP NetMail system.
