How do I send e-mail to multiple users without showing the whole list of names to all of the recipients?
Use the blind carbon copy field. Instead of placing the recipients addresses in the To: field, put them in the BC: or BCC: field and leave To: blank. This will also reduce the size of the delivered message since the e-mail header will not contain all of the addresses. This makes a huge difference when there are a lot of addresses.
