When I download a file attachment, where does it go and how do I find it?
Files attached to an e-mail message are stored with the message until the message is accessed by an e-mail client. Once the message is accessed, the attached file will either be automatically stored in a directory defined in the preferences of the e-mail client, or it will stay on the e-mail server until you specifically request the attachment to be downloaded and saved in a directory of your choosing (as is the case with the NetMail web client). Refer to the individual client documentation to see where your client stores attachments by default and how to change it.
