The Office of Information Technology (OIT) now has a process to make wireless Internet access available to campus guests. UWP account holders can request wireless access for their guest(s) by stopping at the Help Desk in the Bears Den in the Student Center. This access is specifically for guests bringing their own laptops to campus who have a legitimate business or academic need for wireless access. The Help Desk will provide the wireless username and password (which is changed every business day) to the UWP account holder who may then distribute the information to his/her guest(s).
The guest wireless access is for Internet use only and does not provide access to printing or online storage. Guests needing printing or online storage must continue to submit a Guest Account Request. Like campus users, all guests must abide by UWP's Acceptable Use Policy.If you have any questions, please contact the Help Desk.
