• New UWP Password Self-Service system available! The Office of Information Technology is proud to announce a new online Password Self-Service system. This system allows you to manage your password online from virtually any Internet connected computer. You can change your password as well as configure your challenge/response questions so you can reset your password if you forget it or it expires. Note: This system replaces the password management functionality of the Virtual Office system. Virtual Office has been permanently shutdown.
  
  To use this new Password Self-Service system, you need to answer 4 Challenge questions, and create and answer one custom question of your own. Even if you have completed this setup in the past, you will need to setup your Challenge/Response questions and answers again using this new web based system. All users will need to complete this task once before they can use the new Password Self-Service system to reset their forgotten or expired password. Please remember that your answers are case-sensitive and must match EXACTLY to utilize the service later.
