Academic Enrichment Program

Murder Mystery Party

The Academic Enrichment Program (AEP) is designed to support student retention and academic success as they transition from high school to college and work towards matriculation. AEP combines best practices like bridge programs, cohort scheduling, auxiliary advising, service learning, academic and financial literacy workshops and cultural events to promote student engagement and awareness of resources. The programs are designed to engage the student not just as a scholar, but as a member of our campus community by encouraging growth in knowledge and in relationship building.

The key components that comprise the Academic Enrichment Program are the SUCCEED Summer Bridge Program and the First Year Interest Group Program.

The first year in the Academic Enrichment Program is focused on helping students transition and excel in their Freshman year while subsequent years encourage leadership and professional development, conference participation and presentation.
