Paola Martinez, a junior from Darlington, Wis., will be presenting her original graphic novel at the 2014 Posters in the Rotunda event on March 12 in Madison, Wis. The graphic novel, titled “El Lobo de Los Coyotes,” or “The Wolf of the Coyotes,” is about the struggles that individuals face trying to cross the Mexican border into the United States. Read more...

Internationally-known researcher Peter Brewer will present some of the findings of an archaeological project in the Mediterranean region that is, in part, using tree rings to date historical objects and explain what they can reveal about human history.
