UW-Platteville hosts reception for prospective students
PLATTEVILLE - The University of Wisconsin-Platteville will host a reception for alumni and prospective students on Wednesday, Feb. 28, at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel from 7 to 9 p.m. Prospective students will have the opportunity to speak with students, faculty and staff, as well as alumni employed in the Chicago area, to learn more about UWP programs, campus life and career opportunities after college.
Prospective students will also learn about UWP's Tri-State Initiative, which enables eligible students in Illinois and Iowa to receive a tuition savings of approximately $4,000.
The Four Points Sheraton is located at 10249 West Irving Park Road in Schiller Park, Ill. Light refreshments will be served.
