Prospective students to experience UWP

PLATTEVILLE- Prospective students will have the opportunity to experience life at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville during Pioneer Previews. Preview days are Feb. 9, March 3 and April 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pioneer Student Center.

"Pioneer Previews let students experience what it's like at UWP. It's important for students to put themselves physically on campus to see if this is the right place for them," said Heidi Tuescher-Gille, recruitment manager, Prospective Student Services.

Not only do students get to tour campus, but they and their guests also have the opportunity to learn about the various services and departments at UWP at the service fair. Representatives from each area will be available to answer questions and provide information. Lunch is provided at Glenview Commons. Following, students will meet with a representative from the academic college they're interested in.

Registration for Pioneer Preview can be done online at"http:// www.uwplatt.edu/admission/preview_reg.html or by calling 1-877-897-5288. Attendees may register until the date of the Pioneer Preview.
