The Diversity Education Fund (DEF) is intended to support the retention, leadership development, academic support, professional development and graduation of underrepresented students.  The Diversity Education Fund provides monetary resources to student organizations that organize campus events and/or professional development activities which explore the six columns of learning and development within Student Affairs with a specific emphasis on outreach to underrepresented students.
