Yoga and Mindfulness

University Counseling Services is offering yoga and mindfulness for relaxation and well being. Join us to learn basic yoga postures and mindfulness techniques. No previous experience with yoga or mindfulness is necessary. We have yoga mats but feel free to bring yours if you have one.
