Free Pi-Yo Class

Sponsored by the Doyle Center, Pi-Yo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch. This class will be a little different each time, but always a great workout. Open to all students, faculty and staff.  Mondays - starting September 8 for 6 weeks from 4:30 - 5:15 p.m. on the lawn outside of 136 Warner Hall. Bring a mat if possible.Taught by Brandi Webber. Light refreshments provided.
