A new term, a new way of doing business
With a renewed commitment to quality customer service, Information Technology Services (formerly OIT) is now operating under a new service model that will enable us to utilize our resources more efficiently and to serve you and your department more effectively. The new model is based on recommendations of the 2012 Huron Study and has three major components: a consolidated support staff, a realignment of duties and responsibilities, and a single point of contact for Support Services.
