Global Lunch Hour
Global Lunch Hour is an informal gathering of international and U.S. students, faculty, and staff during lunchtime on Fridays during the semester. Participants are invited to bring or buy their lunch and discuss international subjects, learn about other cultures, and interact with people from all over the world. Each Global Lunch Hour will feature a different topic, such as cultural customs (marriage, funerals, holidays, etc.), slang, friendship/relationships/dating, education systems, communication styles, and family roles and expectations in different parts of the world.
You are welcome to come at any time - from 5 minutes to 120 minutes! No sign up or fees required. We look forward to meeting you!
