The International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) Office is located in Royce Hall 105 and serves the international students and scholars who attend the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Of the 7,000 students that attend UW-Platteville, approximately 120 are international students representing over 24 countries.
Known as a friendly, safe campus with faculty and staff who are accessible to students, UW-Platteville is located in Platteville, a community of 11,000 residents located in southwest Wisconsin. As a member of the University of Wisconsin system - one of the best and largest educational systems in the world - UW-Platteville has particularly strong programs in agriculture, biology, business, criminal justice, education, engineering, and industrial technology.

Questions about admission to UW-Platteville as a full-time, degree seeking student should be directed to the Office of Admission, International Recruitment Specialist.
Questions about attending UW-Platteville as an exchange visitor/student should be directed to International Exchange Programs.
Questions about UW-Platteville Visiting Scholar opportunities should be directed to the International Student and Scholar Advisor.
Office Hours
The International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (central daylight time) Monday through Friday. Our office is closed for legal holidays and weekends.
Making an Advising Appointment
To ensure that someone will be able to assist you when you stop by the office, we strongly encourage you to make an appointment to meet with the ISSS advisor. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (608) 342-1852 during business hours or by emailing krusee@uwplatt.edu. Appointments may not be scheduled for the same day as adequate preparation for your appointment is necessary.
