** The First Installment is to cover the cost of airfare. The full amount is necessary to reserve a seat. The second and third installments may be paid at different times and in different amounts (depending on availability of funds) as long as the final amount is paid not later than January 15, 2014. After December 15, 2013 all fees are refundable except the application fee and the first installment that covers the cost of airfare. Students who decide not to travel after tickets are issued can apply their tickets towards future travel on the designated airline. After January 15, 2014 deposits applied to hotel reservations are refundable on a case-by-case basis.
Accommodations are on 3-5 star hotels. Single room supplement will cost an additional $1200.
The IBRC reserves the right to readjust the schedule and price adjustment may be necessary depending on strength of the dollar, RMB and fluctuation in airfare cost. Application fees are non-refundable.
